Vladimir Poutine était-il réellement un inconnu lorsqu’il a accédé à la magistrature suprême ? Outil du système KGB, il a manié stratégiquement et discrètement toutes les règles du jeu pour atteindre le sommet du pouvoir. Grand arbitre au Kremlin, il a orchestré sans scrupule un nouveau système. Celui-ci a mené à une tragédie en Tchétchénie, à l’étouffement de l’opposition politique, à la « privatisation de l’état », à l’élimination des « ennemis » et à la mise en place d’un goulag psychologique où la maîtrise des outils d’information et de communication permet de contrôler le peuple. Le pétrole et le gaz sont ses armes, son empire, et constituent ses atouts pour défier le monde et créer une nouvelle répartition des pouvoirs qui révèle une inquiétante politique géostratégique qui va tous nous concerner, qu’il reste ou non à la tête de la Fédération de Russie.
